You may revoke your contractual statement within one month without stating any reasons in written form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or – should the goods be left to you prior to the expiring date – by return of the goods. The period starts upon receipt of this information in written form, but not prior to receipt of the goods at the receiver (in the event of recurring delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not even prior to fulfilment of our information obligations according to paragraph 246 article 2 together with article 1 section 1 and 2 EGBGB (Introductory Law to the German Civil Code) as well as our obligations according to article 312g section 1 sentence 1 BGB (German Civil Code) together with article 246 paragraph 3 EGBGB (Introductory Law to the German Civil Code). The revocation period shall be deemed observed if the goods are returned within this period.

Consequences of revocation
In case of a valid revocation, all mutually received services as well as emoluments taken (e.g. interest), if applicable, are to be restituted. If you are unable or partially unable to restitute the merchandise to us or can only restitute it in a deteriorated condition, you will have to compensate for its value where applicable. This does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to examining the merchandise – as for instance in a retail store – or putting the merchandise to its intended use. As for the rest, you may avoid the obligation to compensate for a deterioration due to the utilization of the goods as intended by not using goods as if they were your property and by refraining from doing anything that could impair their value.
Things that can be shipped by parcel are to be returned on our risk. Things that cannot be shipped by parcel will be picked up. You are obliged to bear the costs of the return shipment, if the merchandise delivered corresponds to the merchandise ordered, and if the price of the merchandise to be sent back does not exceed an amount of forty Euros or if, where the price is higher, you have at the date of the revocation not yet rendered consideration or given a part payment. In all other cases, the return shipment for you is free of charge. All reimbursement obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days of the declaration of revocation. For you, the period starts with sending your notice of revocation of the goods, for us upon their receipt.
Exclusion of the right of revocation
Among others, the right of revocation shall not apply in the event of contracts for the delivery of goods manufactured according to customer specification or definitely tailored to the personal demands or which due to their condition are not appropriate to be returned or are subject to quick decay or would expire, for the delivery of audio or video recordings or of software, as far as the data carriers supplied have been unsealed by you as well as for delivery of newspapers, journals and magazines (unless you have given your contractual consent by phone to the delivery of newspapers, journals and magazines).

Apart from this, however, the seller offers you a money-back guarantee. You may investigate the tattoos bought from the seller for 40 days. Should you not be fully satisfied, please let the seller have a message to the e-mail address (service@art-tattoos.de). Please enter the item (e.g. tattoo navel ring, item number…) in the subject line and in the text field that you would like to have your money back. You are not required to state any reasons for this. Upon receipt of your message, the seller within three days will transmit the purchase price to the bank account named by you.
Please note:
As far as possible, please do not return the goods to us carriage forward, but as a post-paid package. As far as we are responsible for the return charges, we are also well prepared to reimburse you the postal charges in advance.
Kindly avoid any damages and dirtying of the goods. If possible, please return the goods to us in their original packing together with all accessory parts and components of packaging. Should you no longer have the original packaging, we kindly ask you to provide for an appropriate packaging for the avoidance of transport damages.
The before-mentioned modalities shall not represent any prerequisite for the effective execution of the right of revocation.
